‘FLEX SPENDING’


FBA administers Flexible Spending Accounts. A FSA plan is an IRS Section 125 cafeteria plan that allows employees the option of pre-tax payroll deduction for un-reimbursed medical expenses and child/dependent care expenses. Employers use this to retain “quality employees” and help hire new employees.

Are you an employer looking to add a no-cost Employee Benefit to attract, retain and reward your valuable employees?  Jack Rice Insurance is now able to offer certain businesses an Employee Benefit which will give the employee up to 7% off the current Automobile and Homeowner insurance rates.  Best of all they can pay the premium in equal installments through payroll deduction, again at no cost to the employer.
